30-Day Return Policy
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Hygiene & Product Condition
Sleep masks and pillowcases must be unused and in their original condition. Where a hygiene seal is provided, it must remain intact.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address before you send your items back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless an item is defective or we made an error with the order. Contact us first so we can help.
