19 momme is the lighter silk fabric; 22 momme is heavier. Choose the fabric weight you prefer. The momme number describes the fabric, rather than how much light a mask will block.

How do I care for my silk?+
Hand wash in cool water (max. 30°C) with a mild, pH-neutral silk detergent, or machine wash on a cold delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Roll in a towel to remove water, then air dry away from direct sun and heat.
